Tobias Wuttke heads the litigation department of Meissner Bolte, one of Germany’s leading law firms specialising in patents. For several years, he was the personal assistant to the presiding judge of the German Federal Supreme Court, Professor Dr Bornkamm (IP Division, retired).
Dr Wuttke has an outstanding track record and handles more than 30 patent trial court cases a year. Dr Wuttke is a frequent speaker at IP conferences organised by the most relevant institutions in the patent field, such as the European Patent Office, the Munich District Court, the German Patent Office, IIP Japan, Sedona USA, the Advanced Patent Law Institute USA, the Licensing Executives Society, VPP and VDI. He lectures alongside the most renowned patent judges in Europe. He is also the author of numerous publications relating to patent litigation and monetisation.
