Bruce Hollibaugh is the CEO and founder of Strategic IP Initiatives, Inc (SIPI), a leading licensing/litigation support, strategic prosecution, and reverse engineering firm. Mr Hollibaugh's responsibilities as an executive at prior IP firms included licensing/litigation strategy, contracts, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) recruiting. Mr Hollibaugh was also responsible for overseeing the external testing labs. This experience exposed the inherent data security risks and the inability to control workflow at these labs, leading to the realization that building a dedicated lab for the SIPI SME team was a must.
