Edith Sokol is a patent attorney and a co-founding partner at Cohn, de Vries, Stadler & Co. 

Ms Sokol holds several academic degrees from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, including chemistry (2002), materials engineering (2002) and chemical engineering (2008). Before becoming a patent attorney, Ms Sokol was a senior chemical and materials R&D engineer in industries in Israel.

Her multidisciplinary engineering background and expertise allowed her to accumulate vast experience in strategic IP counselling, IP portfolio-building and management in diverse technological fields, including materials science, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering and process development, medical devices, healthcare, water technologies, cleantech, renewables, foodtech, agritech and more.
