Our history

Papula-Nevinpat was founded by Antti Papula (1943-2005) in Helsinki in 1975.

At the time, Mr Papula saw the IP sector beginning to change and the need for IP services to get ready for growth. With determination, he began to build up a new company that would address this, as well as put customer interest and success centre stage.

It is from this determination and founding principles that our company values of today have grown. They shape how we do business with our customers and how we work with each other. At Papula-Nevinpat, our values are about trust and a positive working atmosphere; about personal development in our work and ourselves; about being brave and creating services that stand out in the market; and, as our founder first envisioned, about putting customer benefit as the guiding principle for all that we do.

Our memberships

Our participation in organisational activities, conferences and training events provides a platform for positive influence in the changing IP field. It also keeps us up to speed with industry developments as they occur. Papula-Nevinpat is also frequently approached to host seminars, speak and publish articles on IP issues, particularly related to Russia and Eurasia where we have leading expertise.

Responsibility

For Papula-Nevinpat, corporate responsibility means that we do our business in a professional, honest and ethical way every day. Our core corporate responsibility consists of responsible business, environmental responsibility and responsibility towards our personnel and overall social participation.

We constantly develop and continue to include corporate responsibility in our daily business and our company’s services.
