The revival of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) is the major talking point in Europe right now, and participating countries, like Belgium, are getting closer and closer to launch. Local practitioners are readying themselves for the biggest shift in patent law in five decades, and are ensuring that their clients are well prepared for any and all changes the UPC will bring with it.
