Simon Ayrton is a partner at Powell Gilbert LLP, a specialist IP law firm based in London. He specialises in IP litigation, arbitration and counselling, and advises clients from a wide variety of industries on patent, breach of confidence, copyright, design, trademark and passing-off issues with a particular focus on heavyweight technology disputes.
Often drawing on his technical background, Mr Ayrton has broad expertise advising clients on IP and technology contract disputes in the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, telecommunications, information technology, entertainment, fast-moving consumer goods, publishing, education, confectionery, fashion, furniture and luxury goods sectors.
