Mr Ebbink’s clients include household names such as Unilever, Boston Scientific and Dow Chemical.
Mr Ebbink is past president of EPLAW, the Association of European Patent Lawyers. More recently his practice has concentrated on standard-essential patent (SEP) litigation and the determination of FRAND licences.
