Raymond A Miller is a registered patent attorney and partner in the Troutman Pepper health sciences department and is head of the health sciences IP group. He helps clients identify, protect, secure and optimise the value of their intellectual property. Mr Miller’s clients include private equity and venture capital funds, emerging biotechnology firms, world-class medical and research facilities, and Fortune 500 companies.
Mr Miller applies his deep understanding of the life and material sciences in a diverse range of industries, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, energy, manufacturing, water and air purification, and specialty plastics and chemicals. His experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology extends to the wider spectrum of related disciplines, such as medicinal and surface chemistry, genetics, proteomics, nanotechnology and tissue engineering.
