Laurie N Stempler is a trial lawyer and partner at Desmarais LLP. She focuses her practice on complex patent litigation spanning a wide variety of technologies, including computer architecture, field programmable gate arrays, medical devices and diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, mobile phone hardware and software, and web applications. She started her career in the IP group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. She joined Desmarais LLP as an associate in 2012 and became a partner in 2018.

Ms Stempler is admitted to the New York Bar, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and several federal district courts. She obtained a degree in biological sciences from Wellesley College and a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
