Mr Gunderson has been identified as a top patent damages expert in the United States since the IAM Patent 1000 2014 edition.
Mr Gunderson has taught at universities, bar associations and law seminars and has written articles on IP, damages and valuation-related topics. Mr Gunderson received an MBA from Texas A&M University and holds a BS degree in business management (finance emphasis) from Brigham Young University.
