Daniel J Burnham has a comprehensive IP practice that encompasses a diverse range of sophisticated technologies and legal issues. He is a registered patent attorney who represents clients in federal courts and at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Leveraging his engineering experience, Mr Burnham works closely with clients in their product development process by helping them avoid competitive patents and ensuring commercial exploitation of their new products through effective patent protection. He has significant experience in developing and managing patent portfolios for small, emerging-growth companies, as well as for large, established corporations.
Mr Burnham has been involved in numerous litigation matters and alternative dispute resolution proceedings in the United States, Europe and China.
