Copies of each patent and patent application are included in this listing. These copies were obtained from the United States Patent and Trademark Office website, and Secured Party makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of this information.    

These materials contain information about a public on-line auction of patents and patent applications (the "Assets") being conducted by Evapco, Inc. (the "Secured Party"), who holds a perfected first priority lien on and security interest in the Assets.

The information is provided solely for the purpose of assisting the independent evaluation of the Assets by prospective buyers. The auction will be conducted by Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. via an on-line platform. The Assets will be sold to the person who is the highest bidder at the on-line auction, subject to the terms and conditions of the sale.
