It takes only 15 minutes to complete one of the three unique benchmarking surveys created by IAM, and by taking part you will be automatically entered into a draw to win a free delegate place at IPBC Global 2015, being held in San Francisco in June.
Focused on issues such as valuation, IP management inside corporations, the current state of patent deal-making, the effects of the America Invents Act, and the possible consequences of further US patent reform and the creation of the unitary patent regime in the European Union, - the surveys are designed to shine a bright light on the international IP marketplace from a variety of perspectives.
If you are a corporate IP executive, a private practice lawyer or patent attorney or work at a non-practising entity (NPE), then there is a survey especially tailored for you.
All responses will be strictly confidential and all participants will receive a copy of the full results of all three surveys.
