Norway to enforce tough measures for IP rights

In April 2011 the Ministry of Justice issued a proposal to strengthen IP rights enforcement. One reason for the reform being proposed is increased public awareness of the need to combat dangerous counterfeit products (especially pharmaceutical ones). The proposal includes all IP rights laws, with the exception of copyright.
