Mr Sharma is a registered Indian patent agent and a lawyer (LLB) with a degree in mechanical engineering. With over seven years of experience in patent-related work, he works closely with several national and international clients to manage their patent portfolio. Mr Sharma regularly interacts with inventors in brainstorming sessions to extract the details of their inventions and helps inventors to envisage additional embodiments of inventions, drafting patent applications to be filed in India as well as foreign jurisdictions. Besides representing clients during prosecution and oral hearings before the Indian Patent Office, Mr Sharma also assists in the prosecution of foreign patent applications.
