Simon Ayrton is a partner at Powell Gilbert LLP, a specialist IP law firm based in London. He specialises in IP litigation, arbitration and counselling, and advises clients from a wide variety of industries on patent, breach of confidence, copyright, design, trademark and passing-off issues with a particular focus on heavyweight technology disputes.
