Eugenio Pérez is a partner at Uhthoff in Mexico, where he leads the patent technical team. He has over 20 years’ practical experience and oversees all matters related to technical advice to national and multinational clients for protecting patent assets in Mexico and abroad.
Mr Pérez joined Uhthoff in 1997 and became partner in 2008. He holds an engineering degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico and an industrial and IP law diploma from the Panamerican University, Mexico.
Mr Pérez is at the helm of one of the most qualified technical teams in the country, comprising engineers and scientists who all have a masterful understanding of patent law. Setting Mr Pérez’s team apart is its ability to not only file national phase applications from abroad, but also provide the full spectrum of services related to patent prosecution in Mexico.
