PONS IP also gives prior strategic advice through patentability reports, including reports on commercial viability, possible breaches of IP rights, freedom to operate and technological surveillance.
PONS IP has established the PONS Foundation – a non-profit organisation whose main objective is to raise awareness of the importance of the defence, investment and development of intellectual property and R&D for economic and social development. In order to channel this objective, the PONS Foundation, together with the Higher Institute of Law and Economics, launched the PONS master’s in intellectual property, competition and new technologies. It is one of the most renowned master’s in its sector in Spain and is in its 13th edition.
