Victor Guo received his BEng degree in automation science from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2010, and received his LLB from Renmin University of China in 2012 and his LLM in IP law from the John Marshall Law School in 2014, and joined Panawell the same year.

Victor Guo’s practice includes IPR counselling, IP customs protection, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy, copyright registration, domain name registration and disputes resolution, investigation of trademark infringement and patent drafting and counselling in the field of computers. He also specialises in patent and trademark invalidation, administrative litigation and infringement litigation.
