Ms.Tian-ying Zhao is a partner at IntellecPro. Having practised intellectual property law since 2006, she works on both contentious and non-contentious matters, and her practice has a particular focus on trademark portfolio management, trademark oppositions and invalidations, enforcement of trademark rights and copyrights, and alternative dispute resolution. She also works with foreign associates to help clients on patent matters in China. Ms Zhao counsels mostly overseas clients, including many multinational corporations, and impresses her clients with her insightful analysis of the situation and thoughtful advice on legal strategies. She frequently writes on topics related to trademarks, patents and copyrights.
