Rachel Fetches

Rachel Fetches is a solicitor and patent litigation partner at HGF. She works across a range of sectors, including life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and chemicals industries, and advises clients in the advanced engineering and electronics sectors. She has extensive experience litigating before the UK Patents Court, as well as advising in opposition proceedings. Ms Fetches regularly coordinates complex, multi-jurisdictional patent litigation, advising clients on achieving an effective patent litigation strategy. She has a BSc in cell biotechnology from the University of Alberta and a master’s in healthcare ethics from the University of Leeds. She has also obtained postgraduate law qualifications from the College of Law and a postgraduate diploma in intellectual property from the University of Bristol.
