Peng Liu

Mr. Liu received his M.S. in Signal and Information Processing from Tongji University in 2003, and LLM in IP laws from Peking University in 2014. He received further training on the U.S. and European patent prosecution and litigation in the United States and France. He was qualified as a patent attorney in 2006 and was admitted to practice law in 2009.

Mr. Liu has been working with China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. since 2003. He has been active in patent litigations/invalidation actions before Beijing High People Court, local Intellectual Property Courts, and Patent Reexamination Board. Mr. Liu's practice focuses on patent invalidation, administrative and infringement litigation in the fields of electronics, telecommunications and mechanics. He has broad experience in handling patent cases related to standards, such as, MP3, DVD, GSM and LTE. Mr. Liu is a member of All China Patent Agents Association.
