Max Morgan is a patent and copyright lawyer at Gilbert’s LLP. His practice includes litigation, regulatory proceedings, government relations, policy advocacy and licensing transactions in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, high-technology and entertainment sectors. Prior to joining Gilbert’s, Mr Morgan practised IP law in New York with a major US law firm. He is a member of the Advocate’s Society, has published a number of articles on intellectual property in leading law journals and is called to the bar in Ontario and New York.
