Markus Zoller

Before joining a large patent law firm in Munich, Markus Zoller worked at a patent law firm in New York City. In 2016, he became a partner at Patronus IP in Munich. Since the merger on 1 March 2019, he has been a partner at HGF Europe LLP.

Dr Zoller is a young up-and-coming partner who excels in interpersonal skills and handles opposition and litigation matters in various areas of the life sciences sector, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and genetic engineering.

The types of client that he works with range from individual inventors to large corporations. In addition to drafting patent applications and assisting with opposition proceedings, he provides guidance to his clients on patent portfolio management and litigation strategies.
