Lekai Xu graduated from the Law School of Fudan University with a master’s degree in law. She is a member of the China Law Society.

Since 2010, Lekai has provided consulting services related to IP protection in China for clients from Europe and the United States and has participated in numerous lawsuits on their behalf. She is adept at handling difficult cases and has often participated in litigation that has been listed in top 10 lists and among typical cases. She and her team also have full experience in non-litigious matters of IP law.
