Jianmin Chen

Jianmin Chen is a partner at Chang Tsi & Partners with more than 30 years’ practice experience as a patent attorney and lawyer. Ms Chen has been an associate professor of IP law, a postgraduate tutor and the head of practice curriculums in clinical legal education at Tsinghua University Law School. She boasts a solid theoretical foundation and has handled a large number of Chinese cases. She is a member of the All China Lawyers Association’s IP Rights Profession Committee, a director of the Beijing Civil and Commercial Law Society, and a director of the China Law Society Social Law Studies Institute.

Ms Chen specialises in various complex infringement disputes regarding patents, trademarks and copyrights. She also enjoys rich practical experience in contract disputes and administrative proceedings.
