Gwendal Barbaut

Gwendal Barbaut is a lawyer of the Paris Bar and the founding partner of IPSIDE AVOCAT. He began his career with the IP department of the Addleshaw Goddard in London before joining the Paris office of Veron, Ribeyre & Associates and later Bird & Bird.

Mr Barbaut has developed expertise in all IP areas. He is involved in litigation and offers advice on IP law, software and neighbouring rights law (eg, strategy implementation, procedure management of in infringement, unfair competition, claims, nullity, forfeiture and client representation during oral hearings).

Mr Barbaut is also an EU accredited lecturer.
