Claudio Ulloa specialises in intellectual property, mainly in patents, utility models and industrial designs, as well as in patent litigation, producing technical reports, and expert opinions in mechanical, electrical and electronics engineering. He is also involved in the aerospace area of the firm, and he has AS9100 and NADCAP certifications.

He has more than 18 years of professional experience in consulting matters, industrial property and litigation in the same matters. He has been a lecturer in Mexico and abroad at events organised by different associations, universities and government agencies on issues related to industrial property rights and innovation.
