Andrew Wynn is a senior managing consultant based in LECG’s London office. Since joining the firm in January 2000 he has applied his economics and finance skills to a wide range of valuation problems for companies, law firms and public institutions. He has particular experience of damages analysis in commercial disputes and financial analysis related to IP in both contentious and non-contentious contexts. Mr Wynn’s experience in contentious IP includes damages analyses, accounts of profits, reasonable royalties, employee compensation and valuations. In non-contentious IP, he has advised clients in licensing, valuations, sales of IP and transfer pricing.
