Agnès Mongin-Weiss mainly advises companies on IP matters such as patents, trademarks and copyrights. She drafts outsourcing agreements and all types of agreement related to IT and intellectual property (eg, assignments, licences). Notably, she has drafted various technology agreements such as software licence agreements and contracts for the provisions of internet platforms.
