Interim relief is the most efficient way toenforce patent rights in Italy. If the patentholder can satisfy the evidentiaryrequirements sufficient to enforce its patentin Italy (ie, if the infringement is stronglysupported by sound evidence), the bestoption is to apply directly for interimmeasures – notably, a preliminary injunctionand/or seizure (see also question 10 below).
