IPBC India makes in-person return - last chance to join

IPBC India is returning in person for the first time since 2020, gathering a cohort of industry leaders at the Infosys Campus in Bangalore on 27 April. Delhi High Court Judge Prathiba Singh and IP heads at Biocon Biologics, Siemens, Ericsson, IBM and more will take the stage during the one-day event.

The fifth IPBC India offers delegates valuable networking opportunities alongside a packed programme geared towards the crucial Indian IP market, focusing on pressures affecting domestic business as well as international corporations operating in India.

Panel sessions zoom in on the next tech wave and how companies can adapt their strategies to best protect and utilise their IP now and in future; how to best assess the quality of patents; and licensing negotiations within the Indian IP landscape.

A fourth panel considers how Indian organisations are looking to move on from IP creation and protection to commercialisation while a fireside chat about the IP division of the court system is timely, given the recent launch of the Madras High Court’s IP division.
