IAM’s annual benchmarking survey is back: take part and win a free delegate place at IPBC Global 2017
Each year IAM runs a benchmarking survey to find out exactly what our readership makes of the IP marketplace in which they operate. The results of the 2016 survey were published in IAM last Spring.
Now it is time to do the work for the 2017 editon of the survey, so we would like to ask you to give 15 minutes of your valuable time to tell us what you think about issues such as patent value, litigation, patent office performance, IP threats and opportunities, and a whole lot more – this year, for example, there are specific questions on the effects Brexit might have on the European market and how a Trump presidency could change things in the US.
If you work in-house, in private practice or at an NPE we would be delighted to hear from you. We appreciate that this means that there will be individuals who wish to complete the survey and cannot, but using these distinct groups enables us to draw direct comparisons with previous years’ results.
Responses to the survey are strictly confidential.
All those who participate will automatically be entered into a draw to win a free delegate place at IPBC Global 2017, being held in Ottawa this June.
Selected results will be published in IAM and on the IAM blog.

The closing date for receipt of survey responses is March 17.
