IAM’s annual benchmarking survey is back: take part and win a free delegate place at IPBC Global 2016
Yesterday IAM launched its annual benchmarking survey. Over the coming weeks we will be asking you, our readership, to devote a small portion of your day to sharing with us your views on the IP landscape in 2016.
Let us into your thoughts on issues such as patent value, litigation, IP threats and opportunities, and – as thanks for your input - you could receive a free delegate place at the IPBC Global being held in Barcelona this year.
Three distinct surveys have been created to cater for our readers based in-house, in private practice or working for an NPE. We appreciate that this means that not all of our readers will be able to participate in the survey, and apologise to those we have had to exclude.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and all responses are entirely confidential.
Selected results will be published in IAM and on the IAM blog in June.
If you work at an operating company, please click here to complete your survey.
If you work at an NPE, please click here to complete your survey.
If you are a private practice lawyer or attorney, please click here to complete your survey.
The closing date for receipt of survey responses is March 16. Once the survey closes an individual's name will be drawn at random to receive the free delegate place at IPBC Global.
Should you have any questions about the survey or experience any technical difficulties, please contact IAM’s senior reporter, Sara-Jayne Clover, at [email protected].
