IAM Strategy 300 2017: your spot’s not guaranteed

Since launching the research process for the 2017 edition of the IAM Strategy 300 earlier this month, nominations have been flowing in for those individuals who our readers consider to be world-class IP strategists. However, there are still a lot of people worthy of nomination, or who have yet to reach the requisite three nominations required to make it on to our longlist, so please be sure to put their names forward today.

We have started the research process from scratch again this year in order that we can ensure the guide is as accurate and up-to-date as possible.  What this means is that, regardless of whether an individual has been in the guide before, they must be nominated by at least three individuals outside of their own organisation in order to be in with a shot of being included in 2017.

So if you know of people working as third party advisors, or in operating companies, universities, research institutions – or indeed anywhere! – with world class strategic IP skills, please take five minutes out of your day to nominate them here: http://research.globebmg.com/nomination/strategy300-2017/

The nomination process will run until November 28.  At that point, all those individuals who meet the criterion of at least three nominations from people outside of their own organisation will be contacted and given the opportunity to provide any background information that they feel could support their nomination.  Using all of this information, as well as our own detailed research, the IAM editorial team will then select those individuals who we believe deserve to be included in the IAM Strategy 300 2017.

Nominations are treated with the strictest confidence, and self-nominations will not be accepted.

We look forward to receiving your nominations; if you have any questions about eligibility or the research process in the meantime, please contact [email protected].
