IAM benchmarking survey is back: have your say on the IP5

IAM has re-launched its annual survey of the IP5 offices and we want to know how you rate service, quality and value across all five of the engines that power the global patent system.

The results of the survey, which covers China’s National Intellectual Property Administration, the European Patent Office, the Japan Patent Office, the Korean Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, will be analysed and published on IAM's data hub.

The benchmarking survey will take no longer than 15 minutes but you may answer questions about as many or as few of the five jurisdictions as you prefer. There is additional optional space for individuals who might like to expand on their opinions on the advantages or disadvantages of the top patent offices.

All responses will be treated with full confidentiality. Only anonymised and aggregated information will be used in the article published on our data hub.
