How courts, legislators and regulatory authorities are fundamentally reshaping the US patent market
In a little over a month’s time, Patent Law and Policy: Courts, Congress and the Monetisation Landscape will take place in Washington DC.
Being hosted by IAM at the Ronald Reagan Centre on 17th November, the conference will offer all those involved in the patent market the perfect opportunity to listen to, learn about and engage in the many legal and policy debates currently taking place in the US around patents. It will also examine the views of investors, deal advisers and other intermediaries outside the Beltway on how changes in law and legislation are affecting patent values and the investment climate. No other event connects what is taking place in Washington DC with the wider monetisation landscape. You can see the full programme by clicking here.

With patent reform on the DC agenda for much of the last decade, the Supreme Court hearing more patent cases than ever before, the regulatory authorities taking a closer look at patent-based business models and the International Trade Commission becoming an increasingly popular forum, it has never been more important to understand the legal and legislative currents shaping the patent landscape.
At a time of such fundamental change, the Patent Law and Policy conference offers senior IP managers in operating companies, non-practising entity executives, intermediaries, advisers and other patent professionals a unique opportunity to get to the heart of the key legal and policy trends affecting all aspects of the monetisation market.
There are a limited number of delegate places remaining at a price of $925. If you would like to join us for what should be a fascinating day on 17th November, please click here to register.
