Help to find the IP Hall of Fame inductees for 2019
The annual search for outstanding individuals to induct into the IP Hall of Fame starts today and we want your help.
The annual search for outstanding individuals to induct into the IP Hall of Fame starts today and we want your help. Please tell us about the people you believe have made a lasting contribution to the IP field by filling in our short nomination form before 10th March.
Established in 2006, the IP Hall of Fame honours the people – living or deceased - who have had a long-lasting, positive impact in the field of IP and inspired those working in the field. In doing so, it highlights the extraordinary achievements not only of lawyers, but teachers, business advisers, judges or anyone else who has left their mark on the IP landscape.
Each year, we ask the IP community to nominate new inductees to join those luminaries who have already entered the IP Hall of Fame.
So, if you know somebody you believe deserves recognition for their outstanding contributions to the world of IP, please nominate them here.
Self-nominations and those deemed by the IAM editorial team to be for promotional purposes will not be considered.
All valid nominations will be collated once our nominations process ends on 10th March. They will be sent to the IP Hall of Fame Academy – composed of past inductees and recognised IP thought-leaders – whose members will vote on which of the nominees to induct in 2019.
Please note: nominees can be living or deceased and can have contributed to any area or aspect of intellectual property.
Our 2019 inductees will be announced in April and will be honoured in a ceremony at the IPBC Global in Boston this June.
We look forward to receiving your recommendations.
