Get ready for IPBC Global 2024: agenda now online
All eyes are on the United States in 2024 as voters prepare to return to the polls later in the year. The impact of a new president on IP and how Kathi Vidal has changed the USPTO are among the topics that will be tackled at this year’s IPBC Global, taking place in San Francisco between 10 and 12 June.
For the seventeenth time, IPBC Global will bring together senior thought leaders and decision makers in the global IP market to share insights, discuss new trends, and build their networks. More than 600 delegates will gather in the elegant surroundings of the Palace Hotel and hear from industry experts, including a keynote address from USPTO Director Vidal.
The event kicks-off with our Leadership Forum, including masterclasses on building sustainable momentum for long-term DEI excellence and a new era for culture, change and leadership.
The first full day of IPBC Global will see our roster of expert speakers discuss how to use digital transformation to drive IP value, how Chinese innovation is changing the SEP landscape, and “key hacks” to keep licensing litigation at bay.
The future of IP in the era of AI, what’s next for the auto industry and “Europe’s tectonic shift” will also be debated.
Day two opens with a discussion on how to overcome challenges accompanying SEP negotiations, while delegates can also hear panellists address licensing in new fields. Trade secrets, generating finance through IP assets, and the art of patent portfolio management are also on the agenda at this year’s IPBC Global.
