Magdalena Tagowska is a Polish patent attorney and head of the patent department at PATPOL. She specialises in the prosecution of patents in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy and biotechnology, as well as in obtaining supplementary protection certificates and taking part in inter partes proceedings before the Patent Office and administrative courts.
Ms Tagowska has been a Polish patent and trademark attorney since 2009 and she is in the process of obtaining European patent attorney qualifications. She is co-author of scientific publications in the fields of electrochemistry and nanostructures, as well as publications related to Polish industrial property.
Ms Tagowska has a PhD in chemistry from Warsaw University and she also graduated from the American Studies Centre at Warsaw University. She is a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
Ms Tagowska’s main practice areas are biotechnology, nanotechnology, chemistry, electrochemistry and pharmacy. She speaks English and Polish.
